WHY AGENTIC

Why choose Agentic

Terminal first

Use a familiar command-line entry point for interactive development and automated work.

Consistent surfaces

CLI, Web, Desktop and IDE integrations share the same Agentic experience.

Open ecosystem compatibility

Continue using OpenCode providers, models and standard developer interfaces.

Extensions remain your choice

Flow, Memory and other capabilities stay independent instead of becoming fixed defaults.

ECOSYSTEM COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with the OpenCode ecosystem

Where supported, OpenCode providers, models, authentication, protocols and documentation continue to work. External capabilities remain provided by their real services rather than being relabeled as Agentic services that do not exist.
